Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SalesPulse. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SalesPulse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have a valid Amazon seller account, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

SalesPulse is a mobile notification service that connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to deliver real-time sales notifications to your device. The service allows you to customize notification sounds and message templates.

3. Amazon Account Authorization

To use SalesPulse, you must authorize our application to access your Amazon seller account data. By doing so:

• You grant SalesPulse permission to access your order data through the SP-API
• You confirm that you are the authorized account holder
• You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account settings
• Revoking authorization will disable SalesPulse notifications for that account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SalesPulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Selling Partner API policies
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

5. Service Availability

SalesPulse is currently in early access / beta. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Notification delivery depends on Amazon SP-API availability, your device's internet connection, and push notification infrastructure. We are not liable for missed notifications due to service interruptions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SalesPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

7. Intellectual Property

SalesPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SalesPulse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SalesPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed sale notifications, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SalesPulse at any time for violation of these Terms or Amazon's policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of SalesPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
